Absolute butchers! Female dentist is incompetent, callous and undeserving of the title "dentist". Went here for an extraction, under recommendation from a friend, and ended up going to another dentist that had to finish the job, after the dentist at this place leaving me in a terrible state. she admitted that as my roots were long, and after having snapped my tooth and pushing down the tooth several times to loosen it unsuccessfully, she had to leave half my tooth in the gum so she could make it to a date with her husband!! And I'm supposed to be understanding whilst in pain!?🙄 Be warned, these 'dentists' and staff are unprofessional and inept.

I am petrified of visiting dentist after visiting this place. Injecting gums with empty syringes and doing extraction without X-rays on teeth with huge roots putting me in shock. The dentist is never really a pleasant experience but this place put me off the Dentist for Life! AVOID IF YOU CAN!

I took my 7 year old son this morning, he is such an anxious boy and he was worried about going, he had absolutely nothing to worry about the staff here were incredible with him they made him feel so calm and at ease they talked him through everything they were doing and it was a breeze for me and him, can’t thank you all enough. This has to be one of the worst dentist for cancelling appointments I have ever used, taken days off work to find my appointment had been cancelled again service they provide is rubbish.I was waiting outside when a lady came out and told me they had cancelled it.another day off work for nothing, I even had a reminder the day before not to miss my appoint.gave them the one star they deserve shame I can not put a minus on it!!

Rip off! Just visited here and had to pay for an extra checkup that had already been done! Needed some filling doing and previous appointment was cancelled due to Covid-19. Taken several months to rebook and when we’ve got here they’ve said we’ve got to pay for another checkup now, even though when we booked the appointment, they specifically said we wouldn’t have to do that. It’s only £23 but it’s not the point. Feel completely ripped off

Really friendly staff .waiting room is very small but your called in at the exact time of your appointment. Ive got a regular dentist here who I see 99.5 % of the time which is good and calming but each dentist is caring and puts you at peace before starting any work never had to go back after any work caried out for problems .Best dentist ive ever had since i was at school .Shame they cant get staff to stay

I have seen the negative reviews but I would like to say that my experience at this dental practice this morning was a good as a trip to the dentist can be. Both the dental nurse and dentist were considerate, efficient and friendly. Thanks to you both for making my visit as well as it can be at the dentist as no one likes having their teeth done.
