everytime i visit Langdale House im met with a warm welcome, friendly staff make it an enjoyable experience which is something people don't normally say about a dentist. In particular on reception Ross, Louisa and Kate have been so helpful and kind, with every question met with a knowledgeable and professional response. Dr Botes has been my dentist for many years, I would never go anywhere else. When having a hospital wisdom tooth extraction, Dr Botes was able to fast track the process (due to pain) and the communication during that time (when the hospital wasn't helping) really calmed my nerves and reassured me. Thank you to Dr Botes and all the reception staff at Langdale House.
