Alex is a kind, helpful and very competent dentist. Downside was at the age of 86 and struggling with a bit of breathlessness due to asthma, I had to climb many stairs to get to the surgery. Also, sadly Alex is leaving the practice and I would very much have liked to see him again. My previous dentist was Nalin who was just lovely in every way.

I have been going here for my dental treatment for many years. Any dentist who I have seen (now in the care of Alex who is brilliant) have always been been so helpful, professional and always explained things thoroughly and kept me at ease as well as great work. Understandably there aren't always appointments available at the time of toothache but I have found the receptionists, more specifically Emma, on several occasions, has always gone out of her way to do her best to get you fitted in and felt heard and for anyone suffering with toothache can imagine how appreciated this is! Highly recommended, thank you Mydentist Ashford!

I could say nothing bad about this practice, very friendly reception and dentist, however this was totally spoilt today after my visit to Hygienist Mr Paul Fox. Terrible attitude, service and very upset after he abused me verbally. Avoid this hygienist who still thinks he's in the Army. Have placed an official complaint. Now wish I hadn't paid. I will be taking this further and expect an apology and refund. The owner needs to contact me.
