Hello, I have been a patient for 11 years. The last situation has me out of balance so I'm leaving a review. I was never admitted on time, always waiting 20 minutes or more for my turn. Even though I arrived 15 minutes early. On Friday my daughter had an appointment for a checkup. I left early but got stuck in a traffic jam. I'm 14 minutes late and the dentist said he won't accept it's too late. OK, I understood. we made an appointment today Monday at 11.15 this time my husband was there from 11.00 at 11.40 he went to the reception because he could not wait any longer because he started work at 12.00 and still had to take his daughter to school. the reception said that they have an emergency and we have to wait for our turn as it will be. My family left without checking in and no apology. I emphasize that I always wait at least 25 minutes for my turn. Today was a very disappointing day. We waste so many times.

I rang on Thursday for an emergency appointment as I’ve got really bad tooth ache .I also have pain in my jaw and neck .I haven’t slept. For 3 night ,I’ve been crying in pain .it’s bank holiday on Monday and the dentist can’t see me until Wednesday ……..not good ☹️

My tooth had been hurting and infected for a week and I went to MyDentist East Steeet, Farnham. From my very first visit at the reception , I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly receptionist and the pleasant environment. Dr Charaniya was very kind and explained all the pos and cons of the treatment so I can make an independent judgement. Her nurse also extremely helpful. Special thanks to Ms Prenessa who understand my situation made an emergency appointment.
