    DO NOT GO THERE! Their dentist did a root canal treatment and crown fitting for me. After the surgery an infection has developed and I started getting bubbles around the crown. Went back to the dentist, was told, yes, there is an infection but was not told that it had to be re-done as it will only be getting worse within the time. Since I had no pain I did not ask anything. In 2.5-3 years, I started getting problems with my throat, constant sore-throat, cough. After several months of treatments the illness still remained. Somebody told me to check my tooth and I did remember that I was told I had an infection, obviously I was not aware on potential consequences and it did not tell me anything at the time. I went back to them in January 2023 and was told that I have an infection and it has developed, become a lot worse. I was given an X-ray to show how an infection has grown over this long period of time. The advice of this new dentist from MyDentist was: 1) Leave it; (SHOCKING TO ME); 2) Re-do the work with a specialist and 3) Extraction and replacement with new dental implant. If I will leave it, my jaw will start to decay along with the other teeth nearby the crown. He told me that they do not do it and that their city centre branch could look into this for me. If they would haver re-done the work at the time when they confirmed that an infection has got underneath the crown, I would not get all these health problems now. An issue has now been acknowledged by them in January 2023 and I will be taking legal actions against them to recover all costs and damages and a compensation as they have refused to re-do the required works at no cost to me. This is a clear dental negligence!

    I have had a very bad experience here. I am fuming. The way they treated my son who was in pain for days and still he is in pain, is unacceptable. And I believe dentists in England should speak English if they need to do consultations over the phone. (at least on a basic level)

    Can't thank Mydentist enough today. My mum has dementia and lives in a care home but hasn't been eating for days due to toothache. Phoned at 0930 for an appointment and Sophie kindly fitted us in for 1400! Francis looked at mum and knew what the problem was straightaway. He removed her tooth within the hour and we were on our way home. Can't recommend them enough and thanks again for everything.

    A massive thank you to Gary & Rosea for looking after me so well, I am frightened to death of the dentist, and was told I needed a route canal treatment I was so worried about it but Rosea the dental nurse was absolutely brilliant and put my mind at rest, Gary was brilliant and due to Rosea and her professionalism and her calming words everything was fine, route canal filling ( no pain encountered)sorted crown fitted I am one very happy patient. Between Gary and Rosea I do not have any fear of the dentist, what a brilliant dentist and a brilliant dental nurse. Thank you both so so much for taking the fear away😊 If you have a fear of the dentist I would highly recommend Gary and Rosea

    Stavros fantastic but changes on hygienist side forcing me to consider going elsewhere. Since Covid, appt times have been extended and costs keep changing. Suggested I move appt to every 4 months because extended appts give better clean - absolute tosh - last appt involved faffing around with a Teepee to kill 10 mins of time, quality of clean nowhere near as good as before.
