Very poor since the move to new premises. My last appointment I wasn't charged even though I queried it and then they rang and said I'd have debt collectors after me if I didn't pay. Also the follow up appointment I booked was never added to the system. Why open at 8 if there's no dentists working until 9? Or are all the 8am appointments for private patients?

In July 2022 I rang to make an appointment for a check up for my hubby and i. I was advised our dentist had left and I would have to ring up in 2023 when they hoped to have a new dentist In the interim some of my husbands teeth had become loose so we went to see an independent dentist and was advised that Simon would need a bridge and I required a half a cap on one of my teeth In January 2023 I rang to make appointments at my dentist as they now had a new dentist in situ. The surprise was that it wasn't a new dentist it was one we had used previously so he had not left at all? I paid to have the gaps between my front teeth filled (which I have had done previously). I was then asked to pay up front for the hygienist (for both of us which I did) When I came to pay for the filling they had used the deposit for the hygienist so I had to use my credit card again to make two further deposits ... Upon visiting the hygienist she said she was going to use the interdental brushes between my upper teeth - I advised her that there were no gaps as i had had then filled only 2 weeks before. She put the brush at the top of my gum and told me there must be a gap where she continued to saw down on my new fillings. She then admitted there was no gap and it should not have been done. Not surprisingly that night remnants of my filling came out whilst I was eating - What a waste of money, I would like a refund for what I paid for. My hubby attended his appointment and was told by the dentist he could not have a bridge. He explained that he had been advised otherwise and asked to speak with the manager. I was waiting in reception for him so I asked the lady on the counter if Simon could have a second opinion and see another dentist. She advised me that there would be some newdentists in May and he had could change to one of these. I interrupted my husband and manager and asked if Simon could just change in May and he advised no not as simple as that. Why? His own reception staff were more willing to resolve the issue but he behaved like a petulant child even refusing to carry on the discussion when I said and your the manager. Upon leaving i asked for the address for complaints to which the manager replied you can google it.... We have new enrolled at a new dentist and would you believe it I had should have had a half cap and not half a tooth filled like I have and Simon can have a bridge This is Customer Service at its worst. People are being held to ransom and treated terribly. You only have to sit in reception (wait time 45 mins to an hour) to hear all the complaints.

If Zero or minus stars were available that’s what I would have awarded. No interest in your oral health whatsoever, just interested in performing the basic inspection to get the fee from The NHS. My Dentist was rude and struggled to speak English, chocolate fire guard immediately springs into my mind when I think of him. I’ve you value your oral health, avoid this place. On entering the premises, payment is immediately demanded, I personally deem this both rude and unnecessary. Take my advice, seek an alternative dentist.

Struck off from this dentist for not attending during a literal global pandemic, during which I was constantly told by the dentist *not* to attend. No further communication was ever received to say that either (1) it was ok to attend again, or (2) I was in danger of being struck off. A few months ago I rang to book my first post pandemic appointment, which they accepted and confirmed, only to text me a week before the appointment to cancel it and tell me I can no longer receive NHS treatement due to "lapse in attendance". Telling patients not to attend during the pandemic and then penalising them for doing *exactly* as they were advised is disgusting. Congratulations, MyDentist, you've successfully used the pandemic as an excuse to strike off NHS patients, I hope you're proud of yourselves. I've already seen the practice's condescending reply to another ex patient whom they put in the same position. Don't waste your time giving me the same copy-and-pasted spiel, I'm sure you're busy striking off all your other NHS patients via text message.

Warning if you think you are an NHS patient with this practice. I don't normally post reviews unless I feel necessary however as per other reviews, due to covid I waited patiently to be contacted regarding a routine check up- 3 years have passed so I called and was advised as I had not been in touch I was no longer classed as NHS patient. I was asked if I would like to speak to the practice manager (yes please) who was not interested in the fact that I had waited to be contacted and said it was my responsibility to make an appointment - unsure how he has risen to this level - certainly no customer care skills displayed on this call! - As I keep all e mails, on 20th March I forwarded the last one I received in April 22 - detailed "dear valued patient" and asked for confirmation on when I had been removed from the NHS list along with a couple of other questions - surprise surprise as yet no response! I wonder if they will respond to this? Make what you will of this review., however I certainly won't give them the benefit of treating me as a private patient.

at my last appointment they had me waiting for an hour. I needed my wisdom teeth removing and they referred me 3 times and each time the referrals expired because they didn't tell me which practice it was with. the dentist was rough with my teeth when descaling and appointments were always rushed. they prioritise private patients over nhs. so I went private and I'm getting the best treatment at my new dentist. my new dentist takes the time to explain what the treatment is and the risks involved.

I’m very greatful that I've met this dentist as I've always wanted to have healthy and in great condition teeth. I've always stopped and didn't know where to start and how etc. This particular dentist right from the start explained to me step by step how to get that smile I've always wanted. He always provides me with an useful information and is so professional Thank you Davinder Dhanjal!
