Wow. Blown away by the kindness and compassion at this dental practice. I haven’t been for eight years as terrified of any dentist. I went for a very overdue check up with tooth pain - with Ollie Dyer, bizarrely I only need a small chip repairing. I had to go sick. Ollie and his assistant were fabulous. The filling is now done (on a precarious cracked tooth) and I’m no longer in pain! I think it’s also a white one which is I’ve booked to go back in six months. And I’ll deffo be going. Thanks so much Ollie and co 🤩

Sadly very poor experience and continues to get worse each visit, no issue with dentist but reception staff really need training on recieving and acknowledging patients, wasted an hour waiting as they were busy talking to be told as I hadn't approached them I'd have to re book, if I'm stood waiting by reception you could at least greet me and book me in but ignoring people and making them feel awkward while you complain about cancellation lists must be more import,needs improvement or like many others we will move practice

I had wanted a straighter smile for a long time. At my senior age I was unsure if it was possible. However, I spoke to Lydia at 'My dentist'. She talked through my options and we agreed on 6 front upper composite veneers. After preparation with impressions and a course of whitening treatment to ensure a good colour match. Lydia completed my treatment and persevered until I was totally happy. I am delighted with my new smile. Lydia is a skilled professional who has exceeded my expectations with my end result. Trying to cancel appointment and took 35 minutes to get through to reception. Absolutely terrible and if you just don’t turn up for your appointment I expect they charge you the next time you attend. I was caller five so it took them 35 minutes to deal with the four callers before me. Disgraceful
