Don't use here! Unless you're a privately paying patient, you will be the first to get cancelled! I've been cancelled three times this year, and each time, it's a few hours before the appointment. They always say the same excuse: "The equipment has broken"

Was given this dentist's number by 111 after suffering with a cracked tooth. Receptionist who answered the phone was very blunt in telling me they should not be giving out their number as they are not an emergency centre, no questions asking what the issue was, no help in trying to advise me where to find another dentist that possibly could help. Maybe just the fact that it's Friday and is hot.

Waited over 2 months for the dentist to contact us, which they didn’t, when we did ring to find out what was going on they tried to blame the orthodontist, then we have appointment we waited over 15 minutes to be seen & the receptionist were to busy gossiping about other women VERY POOR SERVICE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL would not recommend

Had one appointment 6 months ago which went very well. I was booked for another appointment in 6 months time and was told they will accommodate if I can't make it due to bust schedule. Today when I cancelled my appointment I was charged £20 for cancellation. That wasn't mentioned anytime. Very disappointed by this behaviour.

Having tooth problems in this pandemic time could be very uncomfortable. I've been in contact with several dentist with my problem and had a lot of negative experience until I found Mydentist in Worcester... I always worry to contact a new dentist but to contact Mydentist was the best and luckiest thing could of happen. After I explained the situation and pain I had, Dr Vivien Gion was straight away understand my problem and gave me some key advice and tips about the best solution and it worked very well! Professional and kind service, I can not be glad enough! A big thanks and an even bigger recommendation!
