This was the first baby shop that my husband and I visited to have an initial look at prams and cots etc (our first baby as well). We were really impressed with the range of prams/travel systems especially to look at, at various price points. We went in to look at two particular brands, neither of which we ended up really being impressed with, but the lady in the shop at the time showed us an oyster system, which we hadn’t even considered, mainly due to our budget. We fell in love with the system and then embarked on a hunt to find a package within our budget, which we were successful with, sadly not from this shop though. Although we didn’t end up purchasing from here (we found an amazing deal on a discontinued colour which we couldn’t say no to), we were really impressed with the service and help when we visited, and actually discovered what we really wanted, from our visit. For the new colours though, their prices are very competitive just unfortunately out of our price range. Would recommend any parents to be to come and at least have a look!

Lovely local baby shop. Plenty of room to look around ( I hate cramped stores!) Staff were happy to show how everything works and show multiple prams without a fuss. The owner is very knowledgeable. I was told some might come in multiple deliveries due to stock levels ,where I could wait and have it all together once all items were in stock or I could get the seperate items as and when they were ready. ( Each to their own) Pretty simple. They have some lovely cots and little bits aswell so you can have a nice browse! I love to support small family businesses. I really hope they continue to do well as we are seeing so many smaller shops wiped out by large companies. I recommend anyone to go and have a look and see for yourselves 🤗

Firstly, lovely store and gorgeous items. I found the ordering process quite bizarre and long-winded. Just wanted to share my honest experience. I ordered an Egg2 travel system and everything came in dribs and drabs because of stock. Natalie at My Baby very kindly delivered the chassis, carry cot, stroller and isofix base to my address but I had to wait for the rest of the items in the bundle which were sent to the store. I then had to wait for couriers to deliver them to me. When the car seat arrived, I wasn’t sent the adaptors for the chassis and I had to chase on the whereabouts. This resulted in more waiting and I was getting anxious because at this point, my due date was now looming. I just felt like I had to make a lot to effort to ensure I got all my items. And although I’m happy these hiccups were resolved, At £1500 it’s an expensive purchase so I expected everything to come all together and to be easier. Just found it really strange.

Very disappointed in the service from my baby. Order a pram at the end of July to be told I would receive it within 3 days nearly 7 weeks later I still don't have a pram. No contact made by my baby to let me know whats doing on, I've had to contact them for updates to be told it's coming on this day then that day and still nothing. I've ended up asking for a refund as they still don't know when I'm likely to receive it.
