I have been looking forward to this initial consultation for about a month, I was so excited to finally start this journey. I have worked up the confidence to talk about my biggest insecurity. The surgeon was so rude and made me feel so small and uncomfortable, I was so embarrassed I’m so grateful my mother was there so I didn’t have to experience it by myself. She was absolutely horrified by his manner and attitude. I was his last patient to see and it was as though he could not be bothered one bit. He told me the pictures I had taken the time and money to print were unrealistic as they had not had nose jobs, I was not told to bring specific post nose job pictures. My patient co-ordinator told me to bring any pictures or inspiration of noses I liked. His manner was entirely unprofessional and such a disappointment as I had travelled over an hour to meet him and I was made to wait an extra 45 minutes after my appointment time as he was late. I was so excited. This has put me off using MYA entirely. It was a waste of £25 that I put down as a deposit and a waste of time off work and time travelled. I am truly heartbroken over my experience with Mr Giannas. ** No one from MYA cosmetics has tried to contact my regarding my horrible experience. I received an automated text message to leave a review so here it is.
