I attended today for a Dexa Scan and Vo2 max test and was thoroughly impressed by the whole experience. The scans and test were completed efficiently and Ali spent a good deal of time going through my results, explaining them and advising me how to improve, patiently listening to my questions. It was a thoroughly professional and very interesting process. I’m sure the results will boost my workout routine (I’m no athlete, just a dad trying to stay fit for general health). I’ll certainly be back to re-do the tests and see how I’ve done!

I had Dexa test in Vital metrics with Owen and I can express how professional and lovely he was! The test is easy to make, feels convenient and doesn't take a lot of time.
