I can’t recommend My Trousseau enough. Having failed to find the perfect white bridal wedding saree online or in the shops, I was so happy to stumble upon My Trousseau who offer a great lux bespoke service for bridal groups. Suki and Jas were absolutely wonderful throughout my process (I had to postpone my wedding 4 times due to covid!). They were incredibly attentive and took a lot of time to understand what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the gorgeous sarees they made for myself and my bridesmaids. Thank you Suki and Jas!!

I don't like leaving negative reviews however there is a lot of frustration behind this. The designs are beautiful, however. I emailed back and forth re a wedding dress, when they decided they were unable to do the dress, instead of emailing me they ignored my emails. Customer service is so important and I appreciate the window was tight as I was constantly asked to book an appointment to confirm I wanted to go ahead with them without having a call. But, if you're unable to meet a person's requirements tell them rather than blanking them as its incredibly unprofessional.

I had a great experience with My Trousseau. I wanted a bespoke wedding outfit which reflected both the Indian and Western elements of the day and My Trousseau did not disappoint. Not only were the team so helpful in helping me to create a unique outfit, but it fit beautifully on the day (thanks to the meticulous measurements that were taken) and I have never felt so beautiful. They also did a fantastic job with my bridesmaids outfits, which were also perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend My Trousseau as a place to go for your bridal outfit if you want something special and made with love.

I started planning my wedding around July 2021 and knew I wanted a unique styled dress with an off the shoulder blouse look. I looked at MT's Instagram and saw the unique style of dresses they created and got in touch with them. From the design appointment all the way up to measurements, Suki and Jazz were always on hand to answer any queries I had. They're experts and will give you their honest opinions which is really helpful if like myself, you visit the showroom by yourself. They created my perfect look & I'm so grateful. Everyone was so complimentary over my dress and I really felt like a princess so thank you both!! Suki xx

Last year my wedding got organised 3 months beforehand and I was panicking about where I’d find a custom made lengha in time, so I messaged My Trousseau and the team were super helpful! Suki called me and arranged times for us to meet for the initial consultation where I had a chance to try on a few different pieces and choose the one I wanted. I had already saw one on their Instagram page and knew that was the one I wanted, seeing it and trying it on in person just confirmed my choice with how beautiful the lengha was! We then had another consultation in the showroom where we discussed colours and patterns, and they were able to help me customise the duppatta as I wanted a slightly thicker border. They also helped recommend colours for my husband’s pagg and sherwani and colours for my jewellery and provided us with colour swatches so we could refer to them while doing the rest of our wedding shopping. While the lengha was in production, Suki communicated with me to update the status of production and gave me a date by which I’d have the lengha. We had a final measuring meeting to make sure the lengha was made to the correct size. I wasn’t able to go into the showroom for this, but they were still able to accommodate and helped me do the measurements via video call. Finally the lengha had arrived and was ready for collection! I went to the showroom and tried it on and it was stunning! The MT girls showed me the best way to wear my duppatta to hold the weight of the embroidery, how to walk in it, how to sit in it during the Anand Karaj, and they made sure I was fully comfortable before I left the showroom with my wedding outfit! Overall, the experience was very pleasant, I was pleased with the quality of the stitching and fit and handwork of the embroidery and received lots of compliments on the day as it was a unique piece! I would definitely go back to MT to get a plain lengha or blouse stitched so I can mix and match and wear my lengha again! Thank you so much everyone at MT 😊

Brilliant service. The team stay on top of measurements and make sure they triple check everything to ensure the best fit. Fantastic customer service - I really can’t fault anything. The professionalism was top tier. As well as all that the quality of the fabrics and level of tailoring is unmatched you won’t get a team more dedicated and passionate to the work they deliver in terms of Asian wedding garments, as this is a saturated market it’s difficult to find companies who really will deliver bespoke service, My Trousseau are delivering that for Asian bridal customers of today.

My Trousseau made me my perfect dress. I had no idea what I wanted but they were able to help me decide and I felt amazing. Perfect fitting, really easy and quick! They got it to me ready for my tiny covid wedding so even though it was lockdown they were still working! I also had trousers made, and these were EXACTLY what I had envisioned. I can’t praise the ladies at My Trousseau enough! Due to lockdown I wasn’t able to go bridal shopping but I came across MT and absolutely fell in love with an outfit purely based on an Instagram picture. I put all my trust in the ladies and they were incredible, they did absolutely everything to reassure me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everything was done virtually but my lengha was beyond perfect and didn’t need any alterations at all, it was absolutely spot on. I can’t recommend MT enough, they are incredibly talented and absolutely lovely too! xx
