I’m not happy, I booked a massage for my mum for her birthday but she ended up being sick all night before the appointment so I had to cancel and try to change the appointment. I tried contacting the spa countless times by ringing them, texting them AND emailing them informing them that I’ll have to cancel the appointment and asking if I could rebook at a later date when my mum wasn’t sick and no one got back to me. I even left a voice mail saying what’s going on and for them to call me back and I got absolutely no response yet they took my deposit (it was only £10 but even so that’s £10 I lost for absolutely nothing). I have no idea what’s been going on but it’s ridiculous and out of order that they never got back to me no matter how many times I try to contact them, be careful when booking from this place.
