I spent 5 days doing my Reiki Masters course with Gwen at the beautiful Florence House in Seaford. I cannot express enough how wonderful this immersive retreat is. Gwen's ability to teach the group with gentle, positive encouragement was impeccable, the days flowed with ease and joy. Everyday is full and organised, Gwen is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Receiving my attunement was just such a beautiful and moving experience. The venue is stunning, cosy and very comfortable, I really enjoyed evenings in front of the log burner and just chilling. The staff and chef provided wonderful service, the vegetarian food was superb and plentiful, I came away a much healthier being! Included with the course Gwen arranged fabulous evening activities; yoga, sound bowl therapy, meditation and so much more. We were all supplied with fantastic course material, which I find an incredibly helpful source of referenceable knowledge. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who is looking to take their Usui Reiki Masters.

I completed Level 1 Reiki and it was an amazing experience. Gwen is lovely and absolutely amazing at teaching Reiki. I loved every second of it and I met amazing people who were doing the Level 1 Reiki aswell. I cannot wait to move on to level 2 in July! The certificate is beautiful. Reiki Level 1 was an amazing experience! Gwen held special space for all of us. My spiritual journey started a while back but Reiki made it complete. I feel calm, peaceful and grateful every day now. I attended a two day level 1 Reiki course with gwen, which was a wonderful experience. The days were informative and the energy was peaceful and calming. surrounded by nature which gives one a feeling of tranquility. Also given in a manual to enhance understanding. I will be booking Level 2 and cannot wait to be taught by Gwen again as she is dedicated to what she does.

I've just spent 5 days on a wonderful Reiki Master retreat with Gwen. And I'm so very glad I did. If you want to really get to grips with Reiki and all that it offers and learn about teaching Reiki, I couldn't recommend this course more highly. The setting in Seaford is sublime, my room was lovely, the food excellent and the staff were wonderful too. But above all, Gwen was a superb, gracious and welcoming host for what was a memorable and invaluable next step in my Reiki journey.

The Reiki Master retreat was all I’d hoped for and so much more. It was my first time meeting Gwen and she is a really gentle and supportive teacher and created a safe space for us all to use gentle practices in an environment of mutual respect. We were all free to talk fully about our experiences or to sit with them, and there was no pressure. The course content was easy to follow, I feel like I know the theory in so much more depth that makes sense now and gives me confidence and I have learnt and experienced some amazing practical techniques. If you’ve had issues with impatient teachers in the past but you’re open to trying then Gwen is the teacher for you.
