I have had four massages with Jan now and can honestly say that the tension in my shoulders pain in my lower back has gone. The first time was a little painful but after a couple of days I could feel a difference and move more freely. Jan is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. Would highly recommend him

I have been seeing My Reset for sports massage for around 5 years and then more recently when decided to venture into the world of ultra running. Along with my running, strength and conditioning and yoga I think that the longer distances would have been a lot more challenging on the body without the regular sports massage especially with reoccurring niggles in my left leg. Jan is genuine, knowledgable and very professional, i know that some women worry about using a male sports massage therapist (myself included) but i feel safe and comfortable. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else now and will continue to recommend to both friends and my own training clients. Thank you My Reset (Jan)

I’ve been to see Jan a couple of times now and the difference is unbelievable. I’ve been struggling with painful/tight hips, glutes and general posterior chain issues which has been giving me lower back pain. I do a lot of stretching but my hips/glutes in particular feel so tight they feel impossible to stretch. Now it feels like I can actually stretch the muscles after his treatment. I had a strongman competition coming up with a deadlift event and I was going to skip the event as even deadlifting an empty bar was painful. After 2 sessions with Jan I managed 11 reps at double my bodyweight pain free (after not deadlifting for nearly a month) I then went onto win the competition which would not have been possible if I didn’t see Jan and skipped the event. I will continue to see Jan for as long as I train as the difference in this short space of time has been amazing. He is clearly really knowledgeable and to top it off he’s a really nice guy.
