Had internal wall insulation fitted by them. terrible workmanship from start to finish absolute cowbows! see photos of their joinery work and how they left the rooms finished.They give you the sales patter how everything will be put back to how it was originally and it will take about 7-10 days. it took months with problems throughout once you have issue with the job you cant get hold of them they dont want to know and they talk to you like dirt. managing director verbally agressive towards women.use another company. Thank you to the MyEnergyGrants team, especially Lauren, my "go to" whizz of a company contact and Danny the fitter, who did a brilliant job of insulating our loft space. From survey to installation it took 3 months due to the company work load and charity commitments but I have to tell you, it was well worth the wait! I would recommend MyEnergGrants to anyone who needs a professional job done by a professional team at an exceptional price and where the company choose voluntarily to follow the government's April 2022 recommendation of NOT charging VAT on the installation - unlike the other local companies that I contacted to quote for the job!
