I ordered an estimate for plumbing from my project estimating ltd- the price for building works was way too high. £250/sqm of Underfloor heating? It's a joke, it was around 2.5x more than it's supposed to be. How was i supposed to win a contract with this price? I lost a client and did not hear back from him since then, because he told me ,my estimates are unreliable and requested to give back his money (he used to pay for estimates, not me). Owner of my project estimating told me he would refund this cost, but he did not, what is more he started to ignore all calls and messages.
