    We had a marvellous afternoon with Michelle who talked through some of the background to a more mindful approach to life, shared some thought provoking prose, led us through a grounding set of simple body movements, calmed us with a controlled breathing exercise, helped us practice the art of savouring and then brought us to a state of total relaxation with a sound bowl experience. Highly recommended

    I have been regularly attending Michelles mid week meditation/mindfulness sessions and now will never miss a session unless I absolutely have to! Each week is like a treat that I almost want to keep to myself but also want to share as they are so amazing. I always feel totally relaxed and at peace after each one.     I have recently completed an 8 week mindfulness and meditation course with Michelle and I cannot speak highly enough of both the course and her tuition and guidance. The programme consisted of both one to one sessions and weekly home practice, supported by written and audio material, and was comprehensive, interesting, challenging and extremely rewarding. Michelle's knowledge of her subject is excellent and her ability as a guide and tutor is first class. I undertook this course with an open mind and a willingness to learn and Michelle's guidance has enabled me to view aspects of my life from a different and improved perspective. Highly recommended.

    Really enjoyed the meditation session with Michelle - she is just so calming, even when you are just chatting with her. It's such a great opportunity to take some time out for yourself. Forget all the stresses and strains of life and work and just switch off from it all. Give it a go. Plus, the kind soul that she is, runs a free meditation session on a Wednesday called "Don't Get The Hump Day" - and the fact that it's available online makes it even easier to attend. Totally recommend.

The session itself was great, beautifully set up - Michelle transformed our busy office into a calming and relaxing area. The guided meditation was great for beginners (which most of the group were) as she introduced us to breathwork and body awareness techniques. Definitely recommend!

    Hi I started my journey with Michelle Madden when we had the second lockdown came about. I realised my anxiety was getting worse and I needed help. I saw a friend of mine had gone to Michelle and she had helped her so much. It was nice to hear positive things. I got in touch with Michelle and she was so understanding and made me feel very comfortable. Mindfulness is something I didn’t hear a lot about very much. I started my 8 week mindfulness course and it made me feel I should live in the moment and try not to worry about the past or the future just be in the moment. Michelle also gave me tools to use when I did feel anxious I would just stop what I’m doing and a few minutes of meditation would refresh me. I really enjoyed my 8 week course and I’m doing very well. There was a Silent retreat last September which I enjoyed very much. We did some yoga,meditation, Or you could just relax. I thoroughly recommend mindfulness and I use it everyday now.
