    Only just read the reviews for this company, and I wish I'd seen them sooner. Same story, black box policy, insurance cancelled due to usage, then they passed the outstanding balance on to a debt collection agency without trying to take the payment, and got charged additional fees on top. Scamming thieves, AVOID!! I'll be contacting the FCA to try and get a refund of the excess feee I was charged, but am not holding my breath! I'd give ZERO STARS if I could!

    I have just reported this company to the ombudsman and am campaigning on social media to stop this fraudulent company existing. They just robed my sone of £350.00 when they sold him a fake telematics insurance and then cancelled then forced him to cancel the insurance for no refund, threatening that if they cancelled it it would affect his future insurance. This company though be stoped.

    My black box did not work so they sent 2 other which did not work either, wasted the time (when on the 2nd try I asked what is the point? I was told that i am getting sent a new box turned out to be the same as the last ones) and when I had to book a manual installation I got told beacuse of the upcoming bank holidays they could not extend my policy to the appointment date. Therefore I had to cancel. I do not recommend them, wasting time and too much stress.

    I joined MyPolicy in March 2022 with a set amount of miles that I thought would be appropriate for myself during the year. The telematics device they sent was very easy to install and it's size takes up quite less space as it just plugs into the OBD Port of the car, compared to other insurers as they give a telematic device the size of a small box. Since I will not be renewing with MyPolicy this year, I can assure everyone that this insurer offers great service and feedback based on your driving and offers appropriate driving perks. For any first time drivers out there, I would recommend purchasing an insurance policy with MyPolicy. One thing I would ask MyPolicy to improve with their service is for them to create an app for their drivers rather than them logging into the actual website as it is more time consuming to do so, whereas with an app it is a much faster experience for policy holders to keep track of their miles and journey scores.
