    Brilliantly located around the corner from Earls Court Underground Station (30-second walk). Lovely garden area with lots of seating. The room was a disappointment, though. The bed was uncomfortable and noisy. Pillows weren't great. Woke up feeling really lethargic. TV was tiny. Taps ran at different temperatures. The toilet seat was loose. The shower was ok, but the bath was marked and was squeaky. The socket next to the bed was good. Overall, for one night it was acceptable and the location is great as mentioned. Continental breakfast is OK. Cooked breakfast is £13 extra! Walkability: 30 second walk from Earls Court Station

    (Translated by Google) I really don't know where to start... We stayed at this hotel (not selected by us) for 7 days. NO cleaning. Cobwebs EVERYWHERE. Especially in the breakfast room (at the corners of the counter near the water carafe and the oven for the slices of bread, i.e. ON SIGHT). You sit at the table to have breakfast, you raise your head and you notice the color of the curtains, with other cobwebs in the corners, even dark (dated). One morning we spent a few minutes in the lobby on the phone, and we never did it!! I look up and see the chandelier FULL of cobwebs all in the middle of the innermost part. That chandelier hasn't been cleaned for years... Do we want to talk about the room? Do we really want to?? No... Don't go there. You wouldn't believe your eyes. The funniest moment was having to ask for clean tablecloths. We were told that the room had been cleaned and therefore that it was impossible not to have changed them. Strange, given that at 9 in the morning we left the dirty ones on the floor and when we returned they were still there at 6. Waste bins? They emptied them twice in 7 days. Clean the bathroom? Not even once. It amazes me that such a structure can work.. Not to mention the walls, furniture, bathroom fixtures and sheets. One evening we asked for 2 teaspoons: they were dirty with honey from breakfast... Never again. The sympathy of the manager should be underlined, who almost scolded me for asking if we could have breakfast 6 minutes after the hour and a half established for it. We spent a week without leaning on the toilet seat, a week of problems with the room key (which we had to change twice), a week the same sheets. This establishment, under this management, does not deserve the kindness and helpfulness of its employees. Strongly not recommended. (Original) Non so davvero da dove cominciare... Siamo stati in questo hotel (non selezionato da noi) per 7 giorni. Pulizia INESISTENTE. Ragnatele OVUNQUE. Soprattutto nella sala della colazione (agli angoli del bancone vicino alla caraffa dell acqua e al fornetto per le fette di pane, cioè A VISTA). Ti metti a tavola per fare la colazione, alzi la testa e ti accorgi del colore delle tende, con agli angoli altre ragnatele, addirittura scure (datate). Una mattina siamo rimasti qualche minuto nella hall al telefono, e non l avessimo mai fatto!! Alzo lo sguardo e vedo il lampadario PIENO di ragnatele tutte in mezzo nella parte più interna. Quel lampadario non si pulisce da anni... Vogliamo parlare della camera??vogliamo proprio?? No... Non andateci. Non credereste ai vostri occhi. Il momento più simpatico è stato dover chiedere le tovaglie pulite. Ci è stato risposto che la camera risultava stata pulita e quindi che fosse impossibile non averle avute cambiate.. strano, visto che alle 9 del mattino abbiamo lasciato le sporche sul pavimento e al ritorno erano ancora lì, alle 18. Cestini? Li hanno svuotati due volte in 7 giorni. Pulire il bagno? Neanche una volta. Mi meraviglia il fatto che una struttura del genere possa lavorare.. Per non parlare di pareti, mobilio, sanitari e lenzuola. Una sera abbiamo chiesto 2 cucchiaini: erano sporchi di miele dalla colazione... Mai più. Da sottolineare la simpatia del gestore, che mi ha quasi rimproverata per aver chiesto se potessimo fare colazione 6 minuti dopo l ora e mezza stabilita per farla. Abbiamo passato una settimana senza poggiarci sulla tavoletta del water, una settimana di problemi con la chiave della stanza (che abbiamo dovuto cambiare due volte), una settimana le stesse lenzuola. Questa struttura, sotto questa gestione, non merita la gentilezza e la disponibiltà dei suoi dipendenti. Vivamente sconsigliato.

    Rooms: Old fashioned furniture Noisy plastic on the beds Had to stand on chair to reach the TV to switch it on and off Thick dust on top of tv. Food & drinks: Continental breakfast 2 croissants.. Noteworthy details: Had i read this place up on trip adviser I would not have booked,shame as its in a good place , the staff just can't be bothered.
