Steph is a superstar! Her healing hands helped me out of some dire pain. I called her that day and she managed to squeeze me in so I wouldn’t be in pain any longer even on her day off. I had lower back pain, spasms and was struggling to sleep and lie down. Steph released the pain and it hasn’t come back since! It’s been a month now…It’s life changing as being in that kind of pain is kind of debilitating and Steph was able to cure it. I feel so grateful and fortunate that Steph was able to help me. I have a been client of Steph Horn for years for Sports Massages and she is excellent. Most recently, she has been seeing me for my severely sprained ankle. She has been amazing. She was very patient when showing me how to use the wobble board. Even outside of our sessions, she messages to check I am doing the strengthening exercises. I am nearly back to normal and ready to return to running and I could not have done that without Steph's help! Highly recommend!
