  Daniel just completed a full survey of a mid-terrace two bedroom house in York for me. He was quick, efficient and extremely thorough throughout the process. Considering this will be my first house I wanted to know literally every little niggle of an issue in the house and this report did that and more. He lays it all out into the sections of the house and on what is the most urgent so now it will make it easier to get each bit checked in time before it becomes a bigger problem.   Daniel conducted a full structural survey of a house in York for me. After first making contact he was able to arrange and conduct the inspection within less than a week. He then gave me a call immediately after the inspection and gave a detailed summary as well as answering all my questions. Finally, he produced the full report, which was extremely clear and detailed, before the end of the following week. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the quick and high quality service - would highly recommend.

  Daniel project managed the removal and subsequent reinstatement of a lantern light to facilitate replacement roof coverings on behalf of my elderly parents following a series of leaks into their house. This included initial inspection and a written report on the source of the leak, the cause and repair requirements. Daniel went on to identify and appoint suitable contractors and was present on site during reroofing works to ensure that all were completed to a satisfactory standard, overseeing the project through to completion. He supplied a final updated chronology illustrating the completed works through a series of photographs. Daniel was highly responsive, pleasant and professional throughout all our dealings with him. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience and it was hugely reassuring to have his support and guidance during what was a stressful time for our family. We would recommend him wholeheartedly.

  Recently had a structural survey conducted by Daniel for my upcoming property purchase. Incredibly thorough, incredibly useful, Daniel went through all advisories with me over the phone before sending the report. The report was very clear, easy to understand and included line item costings for the advisories so I could go back to the seller to negotiate the price. Couldn’t have asked for better.   Daniel carried out a Building Survey for me at short notice. He rang me, as promised, immediately after he'd completed the survey to run through what he'd found and then followed it up with a comprehensive report. This included photographs, details of issues, urgency and likely costs. I also appreciated Daniel taking the time to provide advice on one particular point of concern, in addition to recommending a couple of local tradesmen for me: great as we're relocating from Surrey to N. Yorks. Professional, thorough and helpful service.
