I booked my party package for my daughter’s christening and 1st bday party. I’m smiling so much just thinking about how amazing it was. I booked Rena as my party planner and she took all the stress away. Literally I just turn up to a magical wonderland. I wanted pastel colours unicorn theme decorations and that’s what they delivered. Chair covers, table clothes, centre pieces, balloon arch and light up number 1 was just a few of the creative touches that made the hall look luxurious. Entertainment was next level. The kids had so much fun. Some was even crying because they didn’t want it to end or leave. We had bouncy castle, soft play, balls bit, bikes/trikes/scooters, snow machine and lots of party games. Rena was our DJ and Host and it really set the tone, hype up the crowd and got the kids to participate but most of all HAVE FUN. Now let me tell you about the food. The juicey jerk chicken was my fav 😍 The kids loved there was popcorn and candyfloss machine. I didn’t think I could have all these amazing experiences at one event. My party package made that happen. So thankful for the happy memories that was created that night. The team was so friendly and welcoming and worked so hard to make it fantastic. I’m extremely thankful and would recommend MY PARTY PACKAGE 💯🙌🏾❤️

AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! I experienced a fantastic service at my playschemes. I have used this company for over 3 years to host parties for different playschemes in different parts of birmingham. My party package went above and beyond to fulfil all the needs of the children. They even turned a playscheme party into a birthday party for one of the little girls who's birthday it was on the day. Without my party package I don’t think we could of done my grand daughters birthday party. It was a last minute decision and all I did was called Rena and she sorted it all out. We just did the food We had the Disco dome, lights,DJ,candy floss,face painting and party games My party package was excellent & I would recommend it to everyone. They have helped my friends out at short notice when other ppl have let them down Can not wait for my grand daughters birthday in March especially when all I have to do is food and invites My party package does the rest Thank you again to the lovely staff who are wonderful with the children and made the party complete

I've used Rena for a number of years for my kids parties and my kids have always had fun. I also run kids entertainment for parties and have ended up working alongside Rena when she hires me for parties. I have found both using her service and working with her professional and her level of service is always above and beyond. The kids always have a blast, from hot tub patties, roller discos, segways, rodeo bulls the list is endless. Rena also goes above and beyond to hype up the kids and get them all involved in the disco, even the shy and reserved kids come out of their shell and join in the dancing and this is what makes renas parties better then the rest. My son personally loves going to a "Rena party" lol!

I wouldnt even give 1 star. Unprofessional, scam, inproper, disrespectful. My neices party was planned weeks inadvance, this. Women demands a substantial amount of money for a deposit, with no written contract/email or any type of form as back up or legality. Her demands for upfront high amounts of money were endless. Communication, planning was all POOR. The icing on the cake is the fact that she CANCELLED the day before, stated she will refund us, then she changed her mind and said she not giving refund. Disgusting attitude. Its a shame this was the case. Avoid, id much prefer to give my child something smaller by somebody with a much better, more professional attitude and work ethic than choose this with the negligence and incompetence that comes with it
