Customer service was disgraceful. An operator called screaming down the phone as to why we were running 3 mins behind, considering there’s no parking available anywhere, you could expect basic courtesy, although I explained this he was saying he will cancel the appointment. The consultant that administered the vaccination was very professional, kind and caring.

Very disappointed. Arrived for my daughters test to release and was told if we wanted it in 4 hours would have to pay an additional £70 on top of £120 already paid. Obviously refused to do this. Test then took 35 hours for results even though we chased it up numerous times. It was more annoying that the lab sent the result to the pharmacy 4 hours before we received it.
