First, repairing a badly worn flat roof with new, durable felt and then overhauling the rest of my roof which involved extensive work on the ridge/hip tiles plus replacement of badly worn tiles with matching reclaimed tiles. Had Mike from my local roofer to replace a flat roof over bay window in October and after the first downpour we had water cascading down the window. Mike has been back once in November to repair his bad work but still left us with tar staining running down the window and soaking the floor.when contacting Mike you get excuse after excuse, so I've asked him for my money back to get the job done properly , but as expected I've been ignored . Today I've had a roofer come out to look at the work that's been done and couldn't believe the mess that Mike has done . Please do research and don't use this company as they are not trusted , they pay to get their name up there . I'm also reporting them to trading standards . K Brown Service: Roof repair
