Swindlers. Called to get a quote. Sounded reasonable for £59 plus labour with receipts. Encouraged my mum to use the service. They came quick and got the job done well. However, the end price was much higher than any other locksmith charging £95 plus vat for the backset of the latch lock (see picture of what a backset is), £59 plus vat for the call out and labour. Even worse than that, they then tried to swindle my mum by charging her for congestion charge. Service is ok if you don't mind being cheated out of pocket.

When I called at 10.00am was told the locksmith would be about 1-2 hours. He arrived at 18.45. Once here he worked quickly. While busy he never thought it necessary to get another locksmith to attend if he could not get here.
