I would not recommend this company to anyone. On more than one occasion the carer didn’t turn up. They haven’t got sufficient amount of carers and the ones they have are rude and are not sufficiently trained to deal with extremely vulnerable service users. On Tuesday the carer didn’t attend and they expected me to conduct personal care while having Covid putting my mum at risk. On complaining the manager and owner try and justify their staff by trying to blame the family falsely claiming that we refuse new carers.New carers didn’t have ID, didn’t come with correct PPE and again tried to blame the family. I am very concerned about how they treat other vulnerable people. We have given notice so hopefully the owner will re look at how they provide care

Dad's small team of carers were always respectful, proficient and unfailingly good-humoured. He described them as "quite wonderful". I called the Haringey branch of My Homecare in an emergency and the team got back to us within 20 minutes. By the end of the working day we had a plan in place for the cover I needed over the following two weeks. The two support workers assigned to me were very professional, genuinely caring and just really nice people to be around. Thank you.
