I would be careful with this salon. I went for a Brazilian keratin treatment and knots. Without telling me, they basically relaxed my hair. My hair ended up pin straight even when wet and the curls never came back like they promised. When I called them about it, the girl on the phone clearly didn’t care and seemed annoyed I was concerned about my hair., And to make it worse, over the next months most of my hair has now broken off at the parts that the “keratin” was applied since they over processed my hair. On top of that they’re not very nice and the customer service isn’t great

I didn’t believe a wash & cut on medium straight hair could go wrong… actually it can! Gentleness and professionalism are definitely not the rule at this salon. Run away!

Contacted this company numerous times to be ignored for quotes. Disappointing considering I would have been a regular customer but the customer service was next to nothing. I gave so much time for any kind of reply but yet again nothing. Service is everything in this kind of industry and whomever it was I was trying to correspond with had zero.
