Absolutely amazing!! I love all the staff there and my son loves coming here. Miss Shan has been amazing. My son has developed such a secure attachment to her and always looks forward to seeing her every week. It’s been so fun and I love speaking to all the staff members, as a mum as it can be difficult, and they even check in on my well being. Miss Shan is amazing and so fun to play with. I love coming here, we’ve been coming for half a year. I love it so much that I make the 45 min car journey just to see these guys. It’s like a big family. I love it!! Thank you Miss Shan

I cannot fault the My Gym trainers. My son has been attending classes here since he started walking and he’s always enjoyed the classes. The issues I’ve experienced recently are 1. poor/no parking due to ongoing building works behind the gym (luxury flats) 2. On termination of membership, all make up classes (ie class passes accrued due to their own cancellations) are completely forfeited. These are classes essentially you pay for but cannot use. Once you stop your subscription your child cannot use these up. This is essentially wrong and poor customer experience. They are helpful only till the point you cancel your subscription.

So glad we found this club for my son to do, he loves it. The people are amazing with the children and you can tell they are so enthusiastic about their job. The songs are great, the set up is great, Everything is thought out so nicely. 10/10 would recommend and whenever I put pictures/videos up on Instagram I always get so many people messaging asking where it is.

Grandson had his birthday party here yesterday and the staff could not have been better Very professional, kind and encouraging. They kept the children entertained for 90 minutes made sure the birthday boy felt special. Even had a lighter to light the birthday candles. His comment afterwards was it was amazing, best day ever

My Gym Billericay is really a fun place. Classes are well organised and always varied. Staff is very caring, friendly and dedicated to children. We like the weekly ninja classes but also the camps organised during half term. We also attended many birthday parties there which are fab fab fab! For both camps and birthday parties, organic food from Peapod is supplied, which for us is so important. No nasties, sweeteners etc. A bonus that cafe is next door so you can leave your kid for the lesson and go for a drink or food too :-) Overall, a five stars destination for our family. A BIG THANK YOU GUYS for ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND SMILES!
