Brought a disposable camera which stopped working, l, I emailed them and asked them to advise why this may have happened I received an email back saying I smashed open the camera (which is untrue) and "you have totally ruined it." Everyone's only human and If I was rude I don't expect all smiles. But until then, as a business be polite to your customers. I was shocked when I read the email. So many different ways to approach this. Won't ever be using this company again.

VERY RUDE, don’t know how they are still in business My Daughter created a photo wall for me consisting of 16 prints, variety of sizes from 16x12 to 6x4 all BW costing a few bob. Every time my daughter went into this shop the elder of the assistants were rude and obnoxious, not at all helpful. But the service from the young lady/girl was lovely. I went there to swop a wrong sized frame (with receipt) that my daughter had bought only minutes before, but because they didn’t have the size wanted, they wouldn’t refund only swop and moaned that they would have to wipe clean (the plastic covered sealed frame) because of Covid. We recommend the young girl gets a job elsewhere.
