I've spoken with James a couple of days ago about popping over to look at my property as there were quite a number of jobs that need doing! He promised to come over today, but no show and no response! I've rang and left numerous voicemails for him to come over; I've even left him numerous texts but they have just been ignored! At one point he did pick up his phone and he was silent in the background sneering while I kept talking! Whats the point of running a business when you cant be bothered to take on jobs and show no respect to customers! I'm not sure what I did to deserve this; I feel offended and like a mug!
