I would not recommend using this company. I ordered dry ice, made payment . They did not process my order and was let down by them and couldn’t use it for my event. This company let me down on the day of my event so I couldn’t go else where. On the phone they said it will be delivered next day by 12pm (my event was at 3) I rang at 11:50 to chase up the delivery and they told me it wasn’t processed. They didn’t do anything to help and make up. Let down my event as I was relying on the dry ice to make it a wow factor
