I have never had a problem getting through on the telephone. The staff have always been very polite, friendly and accommodating with appointments. My dentist and hygienist are both excellent and I have the upmost faith in them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new practice.

Finally found a dentist I get on with. My dentist Yordan is good at what he does and takes his time to walk you through exactly what he's doing to keep you relaxed. Very professional and he knows what he's doing. Been back for 4 more major surgeries on my mouth and each time he’s been a class act. After 15 years of being scared of the dentist I’d recommend him to anyone. I’ve never been somewhere before where they actually know how to numb you properly!!

Appointment/reception service has deteriorated massively in the last couple of years. Every appointment I book gets cancelled, even ones booked just a couple of months earlier. Booking again is a chore since they never answer the phone regardless of the time of day and being "number 1" in the queue, and they take ages to return voicemail. Reception staff are rude, no eye contact, they don't say please. When you do finally get to see a dentist, it is fine.

Shocking reception. Never answer the phone, never return your call, just plain miserable. Turnover of staff at front desk is ridiculous. Dentists are really good though.

several times i have rang to rearrange an appointment and left a message on the answer machine, but never get a call back, i get sick of ringing up and being on hold for half an hour at a time at my expense, then hang up and have to ring later and go through the same thing, they need a new system or dedicated staff to man the phones, or at the very least somebody to get their messages off the machine

No one ever answers the phone!!! You leave a message and they ring you a week later. In the meantime they have sent you a letter threatening to charge you extra for your treatment if you do not book an appointment urgently! Some of the staff are so miserable and lack basic customer service skills. Having said that, the dentist himself is very good, once you get past the front desk.
