Based on my experience - mid-February 2019 - my Consortium are not always offering the best price. They have been consistently competitive in the past for me, however, this is the second occasion in the last 12 months that they have not been cheapest for my requirements - home heating oil, 800 or 1000 litres. So, it is worth checking out your local suppliers as even a small difference in per liter price can be significant on a larger quantity. It seems strange that a buying group can not better a single order price from a local area reputable company.

I wish I had thought to rate My Consortium before............... I have been with this group for several years and have never been let down. After a house move and confusion over new address, the ladies sorted it. After an error with my system that meant I thought I had more oil than I actually did (it was one week before Christmas and I was nearly out of oil!) The ladies couldn't have been more helpful if they'd tried!!!! A delivery was sorted. Always helpful, always friendly and they always take the stress out of finding the best price. I have recommended them in the past and will continue to do so

Very disappointed, will not be using this consortium again. I ordered oil and asked that the company call so we could unlock gates and tank. The consortium used a company we had not had oil delivered by before (Barton). This company failed to call us, the receipt had incorrect data ie start date was May 2001 which has caused doubts on whether the amount of oil delivered was correct! Complained about this to the Consortium by email, no response! I will not be ordering any oil from this consortium in future!
