The lady waxed half of my eyebrow off on Christmas Eve…. Half of one eyebrow. I have no words…. I repeated 3 times I want a tidy up and not shaping. Do not recommend for facial waxing.

Prices are good and they know what they’re doing, but I won’t be returning because more often than not, I seem to be left with the impression that I am an irritation to them. I have had to tell them several times that the wax they were putting on me is too hot only to be met with responses like ‘your skin is cold’ and repeated attempts at finishing the job quickly without blowing on the wax to avoid putting scalding material on my skin. Also been told I have cellulite and spider veins and should consider getting treatment for that - how out of line is that? Also - if you book through Treatwell, everyone seems to be resentful of that, resulting in an unpleasant interaction overall. I understand the Treatwell model isn’t good for small businesses and I am sure the commission they charge isn’t justified, but I’ve had to book on there at times because I didn’t get a response from the direct number. It is a shame because the services themselves are delivered well and to high standards, and pretty quickly and painlessly.

Best wax I've ever had! Zero irritation, very quick and (mostly) painless! The space is clean and the price is great. Irma (?) was my waxist and she did a fantastic job. This was the only place I could find with a same-day appointment within walking distance of me, and I'm so happy I found them! I was in LDN for a work trip and wanted to keep up with my waxing appts as I wouldn't be returning home to the US for another week. I will definitely come back here next time I'm in town!
