I had my first Sports Massage from Dasha today and I'm certain I'll never be switching. Dasha is really lovely and down to earth and will always help out any issue you have. I came across My Body Therapy solely from Google reviews and what a great find it has turned out to be. Dasha is professional, knowledgeable and passionate about her job, and her main goal is to get you on the mend and back to doing what you enjoy in as short a time as possible. Regarding my elbow injury, after each appointment I was given a programme to follow of various exercises for the different stages of the recovery. Extremely happy with the treatment I received. It's 5 stars from me .

I had a clicking shoulder and sore hip for years....I'd been to several other sports massage therapists with none of them being able to help me. Then I went to see Dasha at my body therapy and I can't speak highly enough about her, she fixed my shoulder and my hip is on its way to being fixed. Highly recommended 🙂

I would highly recommend Dasha. Before I started going to her I was having injections to ease my back, hip and knee pain. I haven't had to have an injection since. She advised me on certain exercises that would help. She is a lovely person who puts you instantly at ease.
