Experienced a jammed chain and took my bike to My Bike to have it repaired. Have to say, the owner David was brilliant! Extremely helpful and went above and beyond to not only free up the jammed chain but also serviced the bicycle; adjusted the spikes, oiled the chain, changed the brake blocks, re-tuning the bicycle, addressed issues with clunky gear changes, adjusted the brakes...it now cycles brilliantly! Like new!! Can't wait to get back cycling again! Furthermore, turned up and the above were all dealt with immediately and promptly...very happy and satisfied with the service!

If I could give -5 stars I would I visited this bike shop on two occasions looking for a road bike as I was doing a charity bike ride from Luton to Paris. Upon arrival to the shop I was greeted by a plume of smoke and a man who made me feel unwelcome he was very short was not interested in establishing any form of rapport with me. I looked at a few bikes he had but not very much option and fairly overpriced. I decided to give his shop another go a few days later thinking that perhaps he was just having a bad day but nope he had exactly the same unbothered and unwelcoming demeanour. I explained to him that I was doing a charity bike ride and asked him if he would be willing to part exchange my almost new mountain bike worth £400 for a £150 road bike and he outright refused. This business does not support charitable good causes and the owner is rude and there is absolutely zero customer service I honestly felt like an inconvenience to the guy and he has lost a customer as a direct result. I’m not interested in any form of explanation or justification or apology for the sake of the internet. Just FYI for future customers.
