    I LOVE my sessions with Mickey. Mickey guided me through my pregnancy with my 1st son in her previous place of work. When I was expecting my 2nd son there was no one else I would trust to take me through staying fit whilst pregnant. Mickey is now my PT since 10 weeks post baby (my 2nd son is nearly 12 months!) I look forward to my 1 hour session with Mickey - she works me hard and I have seen such a transformation in my body and strength. But Mickey trains me safely and changes the programme to suit my post baby body. She also gives me so much advice so that I can continue to progress whilst I am not with her. AND the most important thing is that we get on so well. We chat and laugh throughout the hour and the session goes so fast. She's a driven and ambitious women - THANK YOU for all you have done for me
