I was SO NERVOUS to go dress shopping. I even cancelled my first appointment at another bridal shop 3 months previously because the thought of it made me sick. 10 months before the big day I finally plucked up the courage to go dress shopping. My mother in law had to drag me into the bridal place, I was so anxious. Ann was wonderful! She was soooo patient, kind, understanding and listened to what I felt. She made me feel comfortable and for once, pretty. I said yes to the dress after about 3 hours. Didn’t feel rushed or like I was irritating Ann with my self esteem issues. I would recommend this place whole heartedly. Especially with nervous brides! We were the only ones there, me & my friends/family. We had a good time. So good. Thank you, Ann. My daughter is getting married in June 1st place we went to from start to my daughter saying yes to her dream dress was amazing. Anne greeted us and allowed us to go into her home for a pee stop (thank you anne). Nothing was too much trouble, prosecco on tap, friendly ladies, and got 5* treatment, definitely recommend these ladies they made our afternoon fun and put my daughter at ease no stress involved. Once again thank you for looking after us. Can't wait to share our photos with you after the big day.

My experience truly exceeded my expectations! Anne and Michelle made me feel so welcome and comfortable, from the minute I walked in. They explained everything I needed to know, were amazing hosts and showed such a genuine interest in my wedding day and finding the right dress, going above and beyond for me. There was such a big variety of dresses available, to suit every style. Anne and Michelle made some excellent recommendations, based off of the feedback I was giving from each dress, which really helped to narrow it down to my final choice. I turned up with a particular dress in mind and was surprised to find that the dress I chose, was completely different to what I originally thought. I could not recommend MV Bridal & Makeup enough it ticked every box I was looking for, creating such an intimate, personal and enjoyable day.

I honestly can't recommend MV Bridal and Makeup enough! I walked in as a very unconfident bride, who after having multiple weddings cancelled due to covid restrictions, had lost all excitement for the big day. I left with not only my dream dress but also with a spring in my step, with that big day excitement that I was desperate to find again. Anne was absolutely incredible. She made me feel at ease, and I wasn't rushed at all. I loved having a private experience and I felt that Anne really took the time to understand what I needed. After some negative Bridal experiences in the past, Anne and MV Bridal were a breath of fresh air. My only negative is that I can't go back and experience it all over again! Thank you so much!

Had two visits first one was to have a look at dresses and found the one for My special day. Second was for my dress fitting. Michelle and Anne are lovely people that make you feel so welcome and are always willing to help. Highly recommend. There's a range of dresses which to be honest if I could have them all I would. Thankyou for the wonderful experience and a massive thankyou for helping with my dress. Can't wait to come back when it arrive ❤️

What a lovely wedding dress shopping experience! Michelle was so lovely, warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. She made me feel so at ease and encouraged me to try on a range of different dresses, so I could really get an idea of what suited me, as I wasn't sure what sort of style I wanted to go for. She made me feel like we had all the time in the world and didn't rush me at all. I went with my mum and two of my bridesmaids and we all felt so welcomed by Michelle and enjoyed chatting to her about the plans for the big day. Michelle has a huge range of beautiful and stunning dresses, which made my decision-making even harder!
