Almost impossible to get through to book appointments. The recorded voice message at the beginning is far too long and then to get told lines are too busy and try later. Still attempt straight away and when eventually you're allowed to wait in a queuing system for the call to be answered it's then too late the appointments have all gone. Every single time I need to see a doctor this is always the same, at 8am and 12pm when booking opens. Their needs to be a huge improvement! Accessing healthcare should not be this hard!

Barely competently managed in my view, for the reasons mentioned by many others. I have also asked for access to medical records via app but didn't even get reply to me. In a caring profession, just not good enough.

So difficult to get an appointment. Rang several times today and the answerphone message says they are experiencing high volume of calls and to try again later. Not a great response when you have health concerns that need to be checked by a GP.

Booking system not currently fit for purpose. (They do admit they are having problems). You can't book in advance. You must call at either 8am or 12pm for appointments within a few hours notice. Try calling at the advised time - sorry phone lines are too busy, try later. 12 calls later, enter queue. 25 minutes later, call answered. Sorry, only emergency appointments left, please try again tomorrow... Maybe it works OK if you're retired?

Receptionist was rude and rushed the call and was not very welcoming. Not what you want when you feel unwell. I understand why she may have been stressed with all the phone calls but I'm the one that waited 30 minutes just to get through.

Awful doctors. I hardly ever need the doctors and the one time I do it’s taken over a week to get in. The problem has started to fade by the time I can even get an appointment. Receptionist is rude and the doctors over all is shambles. Avoid if you actually want to be cared for
