😩Worst beauty centre in central London. I went there to have my hair removed and the lady offered to do an enhancement eyelashes for a « good » price 45 pounds 💷 . She told me that even though the product might give me an allergy I could sign a paper to authorise it. 📞 She called her manager who was not at the centre that day. She told me that she had already done this to many girls and showed me pictures. I agreed and signed it took about 40 minutes. When it was over I saw that one eye didn't stay the same as the other 👁️. She told me to wait until the night. I went back the next day and she told me to brush my lashes , but she forgot to give me the brush. She said she was going to do something to fix it, she put more product on and told me to wait a week. I went back a week later to say it was still not working and of course I asked for a refund or a settlement. She shouted 🤬 at me and then laughed of me with her colleagues… who told her not to give me anything back. She told me it was too late, even though she told me to come back a week later. 😳I asked to speak to the manager, she called someone on the phone who told her not to give me anything back apparently but she gave me 10 pounds back because I was very insistent but she spoke badly she was very rude and impolite and told me to leave. She told me that she was the manager after all... in short, don't go there, don't be fooled .... Photo of the result… at the end I lose a lot of lashes and it took at least 2-3 months to grown like before … Service: Lash lift

I use this branch now because the wonderful ' Van' moved here from the Shepherds Bush branch. As another customer said yesterday 'we all have our favourites' . Such hardworking staff. They deserve a tip. Pros: bigger, light and airy shop, local shops and area superb. Allows dogs. Very reasonable. Cons: a short bus ride away from where I live but hey ho.

Disappointed!!! Lady who did my eyebrows, was Rude , unprofessional, she did not clean my eyebrows !! left me with uneven brows !!! Do Not recommend this rip off place !!! Most of all she was sitting chewing her gum ! Once she started doing me eye brows 2 girls came … then she rushed to finish me ( cowboy job to the highest) !!! Totally scam place Rip off !!!
