Bad service, you will find you will order an instrument to likely be told it is not in stock and then if you request a refund, expect a long wait. Ultimately the site is somewhat a shambles, you will fail to get in touch with anyone most the time. Whatever is going on, it seems strange, maybe they are in financial difficulty or badly organized. The store in London say they are not closely tied to the website so for the store I can't comment, but the website side is a site I would avoid.

Truly woeful online company. Completely invisible online customer service and have absolutely no interest in helping, solving problems, or , god forbid, GIVING YOU WHAT YOU'VE PAID FOR. Once they have your money you're at the bottom of their priority list, a list I imagine as long as five football fields.

We came in looking for a digital piano for my son and the staff were very friendly and helpful. In the end we didn't buy from Musicroom, but only because my son preferred a piano they didn't stock (a Kawai model from Rose Morris a few doors along, which was recommended as also worth trying by the Musicroom salesperson helping us).
