Great Customer Service. Having recently had an interaction with Rick from Musicraft I felt it was important to say a huge thank you. Clearly Rick knows his stuff and the level of customer service I received was outstanding. Having purchased an item from another retailer and not being able to find the receipt, I contacted Rick explained the back-ground he requested some information after which he contacted the manufacture. Two weeks later a new part arrived and equipment all working. When you consider I wasn’t Ricks customer at that time, that’s going the extra mile (Safe to say I will be moving forward) Thanks again Rick, and good luck during these difficult times “Save Shops”.

Had good experiences with rick before..but tried to return some headphones I bought that wasn't compatible with some equipment I had bought of him..my wife had to return them because I was at work but he refused to refund so my wife passed him to me on the phone.. what I got was a barrage of insults over the phone in front of my wife who is a stroke survivor and left her clearly shaken this bloke is a disgrace and is lucky I wasn't there..he still has the headphones and my cash so I'm taking proceeding against him as he wont answer my messages..avoid at all costs.. this guy is aggressive and insulted my wife..

Musicraft Review I wanted to write a review following a recent purchase at Musicraft. For me, the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable. Before you go you should be aware that Rick is not your normal hi-fi dealer. He is passionate about the kit he sells and has a large range of stuff in the shop. However the shop feels a bit more like a storage location and things need moving around to get to what you might go to see. Don’t expect to go and sit on a comfortable sofa with a coffee, leisurely scrolling through Qobuz and listening to all your favourite tracks doing comparisons of amps or cables. I think he can do a demo if you give him notice. If you know what you want and he has it, then things will work out. I found him approachable, personable and easy to deal with. He gave me a good price on some speakers. I got held up in traffic on the way after work and he didn’t think twice about offering to stick around until I got there. That was going to be after 8pm!! He is also not a dealer that will try and sell you mains cables for hundreds of pounds or any little thingies to hold your speaker cables off the floor. If that’s your thing, you won’t find it in this little shop on the edge of Derby centre. What I found there was someone willing to try and make things work for me so I could drive away with what I wanted. So I’m now an owner of some lovely ATC actives. I would happily use Rick at Musicraft again. Good prices. Good service. No bull.
