We bought two TVs and a soundbar from Musical Images, and we had an excellent experience. The price was excellent, there was no lead time as they had extensive stock, and the fitting of the TVs (both wall-mounted) was both timely and executed incredibly well. Binit and team were really knowledgeable and helpful when advising on what models to choose. I'd recommend them wholeheartedly!

I have ordered a Sonos Beam on Cyber Monday and paid for it. I received a message letting me know that they are working to get me a delivery date before Christmas. 3 weeks later, three times chasing them on phone and less than a week before Christmas, the answer was that they can not deliver and will refund in 3-5 working days meaning most probably after Christmas. So no present and no money I can buy something else. Really bad customer service to be chased so many times for a delivery date, false information about existing stock, massive disappointment before Christmas. Bottom line they are too small and amateur to deal with. Not worth the trouble with all other similar businesses.

Nothing wrong with the product or sales service but, god help you if you have a post purchase issue! All you will hear is 'contact the manufacturer', even though you didn't buy it from Panasonic, Sony, Samsung or whoever. As a company they appear blissfully unaware of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Shouldn't have to try and educate retailers on points of law in this day and age!
