my family and friends always get severe allergic reactions and bleeding bowels after eating their curries, samosas and kebabs, bajyas, chicken roll, barfis etc and so we have permanently stopped buying from mushtaqs, Lots of cross contamination and Not made with care?

Atrocious customer service rude staff that leave you standing around and walk off instead of service! On several occasions Sidhra one of the workers was rude to me and ignored me when I was waiting to be served I am fed up to the point of making an official complaint to asda management about this awful counter staff at Mushtaqs in Asda

Agree with the other reviews, one lady in particular I find very rude and ignorant. Also products overpoweringly salty and spicy. I like a bit of spice but the chilli in the products just wipes out all the other flavours. Shame, as there's a good range of products you can't buy in your usual supermarket shop.

The 2 Nasty women cannot be bothered to serve you properly and so they keep making false complaints to the security that you have Not paid, they should be sacked and replaced with better employees who is happy to serve you properly, then the security comes down and threatens to beat you up. Very Unhygenic also, They are also Not using gloves when serving and packing the food

very salty and too spicy, you cannot eat, salt poisoning fried foods, barfi has salty taste and all very dry, very unhealthy made without care, we dont buy from mushtaqs anymore, rasmalai too sweet

I have bought food from here before and it was a good experience. I went yesterday no one behind the counter serving, a lady was restocking the shelf at the front I presume she was working there, she saw us waiting didn't once acknowledge us waiting and say anything just completely ignored us. She could do with some customer service training and perhaps they will increase their sales :)
