Absolutely brilliant venue. Soundproofing is great, you never hear other bands whilst your playing. Mixer and speaker facilities are more than adequate. Claire and Mick are extremely friendly making the whole experience great value for money. Why rehearse quietly at home when you can practice in gig mode....
