I've been to many GP surgeries, and this is by far the best I've ever been to. Pretty quick to pick up the phone (none of that 10th in queue business), I've managed to get urgent and even same-day appointments on a range of issues, and the GPs have generally always managed to find me a solution (from hip pain to blood tests to mental health etc). I have always been treated professionally and respectfully - the GPs and other staff here are brill!

I don't expect to have to rate my GP Surgery but how could I say anything bad about it after in excess of 20 years as a patient. Obviously during Covid times it was difficult but I've always been able to get a reasonably speedy appointment. I rarely have had to settle for telephone consultations which I think is a great thing . Oh, I even get recognised and get a personal greeting from the head of the practice so definitely can't say anything bad about this central London practice located almost directly opposite the main entrance to The British Museum.
