Visited and was treated to a personal tour by two of the owners. If felt like visiting family, really welcoming, and a great business story. Add to that the gin tastes amazing (due their care in its production and having botanicals both in the mash and the steam, not something I’ve seen anywhere else) and it’s a must! We bought a bottle of every type of gin they make

Absolutely adore their Garden Gin. Ventured out to the distillery but doesn't appear to be open to public, which was a shame (unless I'm wrong but it definitely wasn't open when we visited last week) however I can't wait to purchase this gin having tried it in settle, it was amazing!

Having seen details of Cotton Gin in a recent food magazine my husband and I found the new distillery while visiting the Yorkshire Dales. Although the distillery is not yet open to the public, as they have only been in production for the last 6 weeks, we met Alexa and her husband who kindly invited us in. The German still, as mentioned in the website, is exquisite! We were given a taste of the Cotton Gin which has definite delicate flavours of lemon and pine, which is scourced locally. Having chatted for a while, they informed us that they are building up local clientele, and are supplying to local businesses. Thank you so much for the insight into your new venture and we will spread the word to our friends down south! We wish you well for your future success. Jane and Rick Craven
