Would not recommend. In lockdown I got put on waiting list, months later still nothing. Then finally able to get appointment, I arrive only to be told "optician was feeling ill so he has gone home". I asked what can be done, no solution provided and no offer to reschedule. Terrible service. Only good point was when I was able to see the optician Dec 2020 he seemed like a nice person however based on how they handled my need for an appointment in Apr, and then recently, I would personally not return

100% Covid secure! I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness and attention to detail when I visited today. As always, Clare Haggerty and the staff were very efficient, professional and welcoming. Their glasses have great styles and as always the prices are still the best value around. Liz

I'd been to a high street optician. They charged me £150 for a basic prescription that but they told me couldn't help the double vision. I thought that meant double vision didn't come within the remit of an optician. Thank goodness I came to you guys. I'm so grateful for the help I got, and you even used the same frames to save money.
