Horrible Taxi service experience. FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER if you can. - Drivers haggling and trying to change booked price - The drivers wanted to be paid in cash instead of agreed card payment. And they wanted to be paid an extra £3 if you paid via card. - Our group used 3 taxis - 1 driver was VERY rude. - When we did pay in cash - All 3 drivers haggled amongst themselves in front of our group about how much payment each would receive. Do you really want to go through the same experience as we did? Response to your points below: - The initial booking was for 8 pax + 8 Pax + 4 Pax. - The passengers travelling in the end was less than agreed. The passenger count in the end was 19 people. All cars also took only their allowed capacity. The Vauxhall Zafira driver told us the limits and we respected that. - I think that returning the money in front of the customer saying - “my fee is £80” only for the other driver to calm him down in their own language and bargain amongst themselves on how much each would be receiving (while we watch them) – is not a pleasant experience. - Then this would be the dispatchers fault. We had a clear discussion upon booking that payment via card was going to be done as 1 taxi arrived after the other. The dispatcher even told me that each car had its own machine. He did not mention at any point that the fares would increase by £3 further via card. I would have noted as we were shopping around for the best provider. Your inflammatory closing point response below to a customer who took the time to give you a detailed feedback is also quite telling.

We hadent been abroad for a few years due to covid etc and was so nervous about the whole travelling abroad thing! I booked both journeys to and from Gatwick a week in advance. The driver (who I'm sorry I can't remember his name) arrived slightly early! Which was good for me and arrived in a new Kia. (Which was plenty big enough for our luggage) He was so friendly, chatty, and more importantly, he was a really safe, careful and experienced driver. Before we knew it, we were at Gatwick. One of the best airport trips I've experienced in all my years!! On our return, our flight was delayed by 2 hours, and our return driver rung my mobile whilst awaiting at luggage reclaim in Gatwick (great timing!) A few minutes later, he was parked outside, pushed my trolley with luggage on to where he'd parked his car. He was also very helpful and chatty, but as it was 5.30 in the morning, I felt very safe and comfortable and kept dozing off! ( which normally I would never do!! as I am a very nervous car passenger.) Brilliant service all round from Munster cabs! I will definately be using them again!
